2004 Fleer National Pastime Sings of the Future Javier Vazquez Auto 33/33

Javier Vazquez, a pitcher who was selected as a young ace for the Montreal Expos and then moved to the Yankees. In 2004, he was selected for the All-Star team and was the only player on the team to maintain his rotation. He accumulated 2536 strikeouts in his MLB career. He was one of the top starting pitchers in the 2000s Major League Baseball, including his outstanding performance as the ace of the Puerto Rico national team in the first WBC, where he achieved three wins, second only to Daisuke Matsuzaka. This is an autographed card.

This card was included in the 2004 Fleer National Pastime, and is a signed card with the number of cards issued corresponding to each player's jersey number, called Sings of the Future.

The serial number is 33, which is the last number of his jersey number.

According to Beckett magazine at the time, many brands of Fleer, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, did not have the serial-numbered cards included in the packs and were not distributed in the market. It is unknown whether all 33 of these cards were included in the packs and distributed in the market, and they were rarely seen on eBay or other platforms at the time.

Although it is a card from over 20 years ago, it has been carefully stored in a dark place with a desiccant without being displayed or carried around in an album, so there is no yellowing, burning, or fading, and there is no deterioration such as cracking or peeling due to moisture on the foil stamping, and it is in good condition for its age. Please forgive the initial scratches on the corners and edges, as this brand originally had many initial scratches.

A magnetic holder that protects the four corners is also included.
